Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Stampfolio mobile application (the "Service") operated by us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Stampfolio per device for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license, you may not:

• modify or copy the materials (except for the photos you create using the app's intended features);
• use the Service for any commercial purpose without explicit permission;
• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Service.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on Stampfolio are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Stampfolio, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Content Generation

You are solely responsible for the photos and content you create and save using Stampfolio. We do not store, review, or claim ownership of any content generated by you through the use of the app.

6. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Stampfolio offers premium features through a subscription model (Stampfolio Plus) and/or one-time purchases. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

7. Advertisements

The free version of Stampfolio may display advertisements provided by third-party networks, such as Google AdMob. By using the free version, you agree to the display of these ads. You can remove ads by upgrading to Stampfolio Plus.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
