1. Information We Collect

Stampfolio is built with a privacy-first approach. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data, photos, or usage data to any external servers.

All photos taken, edited, and saved using Stampfolio are processed entirely locally on your device. The app requests access to your device's Camera and Photo Library solely for the purpose of allowing you to capture photos and save your created stamps/scrapbooks locally on your device.

2. Third-Party Services

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the free version of Stampfolio. AdMob may collect and use certain data (such as device identifiers and cookies) to provide personalized advertising. For more information on how Google uses this data, please review Google's Privacy & Terms.

Other than advertising services, your personal data remains entirely yours and is not shared with any analytics or tracking platforms.

3. Permissions & Features

• Camera: Required to capture photos directly within the app.
• Photo Library: Required to save your generated stamp images and albums to your device's camera roll.
• Location (GPS): We request location access to automatically unlock country-specific stamps based on your real-world travels. This location data is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
• iCloud Sync: If enabled, your collections and preferences are synced securely across your devices using your personal Apple iCloud account. We do not have access to this data.

4. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Stampfolio offers premium features (Stampfolio Plus) through auto-renewable subscriptions. All transactions are processed securely by Apple through your App Store account. We do not collect or have access to your payment information.

Subscription Terms: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy
